Shipping policy

We at Need It Now want you to be delighted with your purchase. We aim to make our shipping process clear and our returns process hassle-free, utilising Royal Mail or Evri reliable network for all our deliveries and returns.

Shipping Information

We currently shipping via Royal Mail or Evri, with tracking provided for all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched, which you can use on the shippers tracking page.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Please note that for some remote postcodes, a location charge or slightly longer delivery time may apply.

Packaging Your Order 

We ensure all items are packaged carefully to prevent damage in transit. 

Missed Delivery

If you're not home when Royal Mail or Evri attempts delivery, they may leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or return it to their local depot for you to rearrange delivery. Details of the next steps will be provided in a calling card or a notification.

Returns Policy 

We hope you love your order, but if something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be: 

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 How to Initiate a Return

      Please email our customer service team at hello@needitnow.co.uk  within 14                 days of receiving your goods to let us know why want to cancel or return your               order and we will advise you of return details.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and verify it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email when your refund has been issued.
